Welcome to Episode 4 of Wags + Weight Loss! This was the first week Micha dined out since transitioning to her new plant based diet. She definitely feels encouraged to make her own healthy and delicious food at home! Abbie went back to work this week and had to make some adjustments in her daily activities. Both ladies are having an amazing learning experience.

And both had fabulous weight loss results this week!
