Weight Loss Mentoring Services

What’s the difference between a mentor and a coach? A mentor has accomplished what they teach.

In 2010, I was 340 pounds, and had been morbidly obese for more than 20 years. I had tried and failed every weight loss program and fad diet ever marketed in the US. I was taking at least 15 different medications, including insulin for type 2 diabetes. Then, in less six months, I was off all medications, and in less than one year, I was at my ideal weight of 185 pounds. I’ve maintained this same weight and have been happy and healthy ever since.

If you or a loved one have hit bottom and have failed at everything you’ve tried to achieve your ideal weight, and if you are longing to become the awesome, happy person you have always wanted to be, please consider contacting me for information about my services and rates at I apologize that I lack the ability to accept medical insurance.

The help I provide is one-on-one, and in concert with a licensed healthcare professional. I’ll start with a two day visit in your home. We will go through your pantry and refrigerator, adding healthy foods and removing bad things. I’ll teach you how to cook and how to prepare healthy foods you will enjoy eating. I’ll spend time mentoring you on the phone each week, and will make myself available for daily phone calls if you wish. We will track your progress from week to week, discuss what’s working and what isn’t, and constantly fine tune your program, until we determine what works best for you and you achieve your ideal weight.

If you can’t afford my services, I’ll still be honored to send you my list of self-help information and will try my best to provide you with enough information to start your path to health and healthy weight.

What do you have to lose? All of your excess weight.

You can do this, and I can help.
