Wags + Weight Loss Episode 3: Learning to Cook without Oil

Have you ever thought it would be hard to learn to cook without using oil? It’s one of the secrets of the diet that Abbie and Micha are on. This week they tried their hand at oil-free cooking and you won’t believe their results.

It’s been a successful week for Abbie and Micha. Besides having great results on the scales, they have learned many lessons as they are transitioning to the plant based lifestyle!

The ladies have been lighting up the internet with recipes on Instagram this week.

Saturday morning started with a visit to Micha’s home in Berkeley, California by Eric and his wife Jaye. Eric went through Micha’s pantry with her and made suggestions about what to eliminate and avoid, but he found Micha’s pantry to be in good starting shape! Then Eric, Jaye, Micha and Abbie went on a tour of the Berkeley Bowl supermarket, which Eric considers to be the best supermarket in the US, based on it’s 50,000 square feet of produce and 9 different varieties of eggplants.
