Wags + Weight Loss Episode 6: Enjoying the Flavors and Benefits of a Plant Based Lifestyle

Micha after just 33 days on her new whole food plant based no oil lifestyle!

 “It’s so exciting to wake up everyday with a slightly better, healthier body.” – Micha

 Abbie and Micha are settling in nicely with their new whole-food-plant-based-no-oil lifestyle. Micha dined out almost every day this week but still managed to find places to eat healthy plant foods free of animal products. Abbie is finding that switching to a plant based diet isn’t as stressful as she thought it would be and is enjoying finding and experimenting with new recipes. Let’s listen in for their new adventures this week!

After a fabulous week of new culinary experiences, Abbie and Micha each had excellent weight loss results!

Abbie and Micha took a vegan Thai cooking class this week from Philip Gelb, a plant-based chef in Oakland, California, and the person who taught Eric how to cook. They found the recipes delicious and exhilarating and can’t wait to go back for more classes from Philip!

The girls also found a great website for those awkward wardrobe transitions throughout the weight loss process, Gwynnie Bee, which they call the “Netflix of Clothing”. Be sure to check it out!
